Create Ease and Flow in Your Career and on Your Life Path with Feng Shui!

Feeling like your career could use a makeover? Are you missing that certain "something", that vital spark that could propel you to greatness? Fear not! Time to activate the career area of your home and unlock a whole new world of possibilities.

With just a few tweaks, you'll create a career area that will give you the boost you need, both professionally and personally. What's that? You say you're independently wealthy? Retired? Have a sugar daddy/mamma? The career area isn't just about your job, it's a lot deeper than that. It's your life journey and all the opportunities that come your way.

This area, when utilized to its fullest and bathed with intention, helps us discover and understand our passions and life path. So, whether you're working or not, this area deserves some serious attention.

Designing a magnetic career area is easy with Feng Shui!

There are a few things to remember when putting your area together:

First and foremost...SET YOUR INTENTION. It's the magic fairy dust that acts like rocket fuel for Feng Shui!

The main element is water. Easy flowing water to be exact. Nothing to forceful. Add elements such as curvy or sinuous shapes, wavy designs and textures, glass and mirrors to represent water. Of course you can always use the real thing by adding a water fountain either inside or outside your home in the career area. Just make sure they are clean and running properly. Creatures of the water are also good additions to boost the energy here. Koi fish, turtles and frogs are examples popular choices.

The supporting element is metal. Add metallics in picture frames, figurines, coins and lighting fixtures.

The colors are black and very dark blues.

The energy is Yin. Keep any representations of water calm and flowing.

Crashing waves are too forceful for this area and signify destruction.

If your career area contains the front entrance to your home, be sure to keep the exterior swept, well lit and welcoming. Add a colorful wreath and door mat to attract the energy of your intentions. A dark blue, black or red front door will draw in energy and will also be inviting to all who visit you.

If your career area is located near green space or landscaping, keep it manicured! You could also display or bury a black tourmaline or aquamarine crystal, add a gazing ball, water feature of wind chime in this location.

So what if your career area is in your garage? No worries! This space can serve as a successful career area without a total revamp. Keep your garage decluttered at all times. Sweep the floor often. Knock down the spiderwebs. Make sure all the lights work and consider keeping a small light on 24/7. Get rid of broken or unused toys and tools.

And since the number nine and the color red are very auspicious in feng shui, hang a feng shui crystal from the ceiling using a 9, 18 or 36 inch red string or ribbon.
